At ArtSupplies.nz, we pack and ship art supplies with care so your order arrives safely and ready to use.
Where We Deliver
We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand. If international shipping becomes available in the future, delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, sales, or courier delays, dispatch and delivery may take a little longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel size, and order weight.

Final shipping costs will be shown before you complete your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, most New Zealand orders arrive within 3-5 working days. Rural or remote addresses may take longer.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details where available. If your order is sent in more than one parcel, you may receive more than one tracking link.
Split Deliveries
Some items may be shipped separately due to stock location, parcel size, or packaging requirements. If your order arrives in multiple parcels, you will not be charged extra unless this is clearly shown at checkout.
Large, Fragile, or Oversized Items
Art materials such as canvases, easels, paper pads, pastels, brushes, and other delicate products are packed carefully to help reduce the risk of damage in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address, contact details, and receiver name are correct before placing your order. We may not be able to change delivery details once an order has been processed or dispatched.
ArtSupplies.nz is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery information supplied at checkout.
Missing Orders
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please check your tracking link first. If you still need help, contact us within 5 working days of the dispatch email so we can follow up with the courier.
